Step 1: Initial consultation
At JPM Building and Design we will complete a site appraisal and discuss your individual site requirements.
Step 2: Designing your Home
Being involved in the designing process is important to us. We will meet with your designer to discuss your requirements for your new home and outline any issues that may arise during the construction phase. If you have not engaged a designer, we have access to various experienced designers and are willing to make an introduction to one or more who will match your style and budget. We also assist in the following services:

Interior designer /colour consultant
Step 3: Estimate Cost
When you are happy with the concept design of your new home, JPM Building and Design Pty Ltd can provide you with an estimate cost to build your home.
Step 4: Finance
Now that you have the estimated cost of your construction, this is the time to talk to your financial institution to ensure that you can finance your new home. Adjustments to the design can be made to suit your Budget if required.
Step 5: QuotationIf you decide to proceed with the construction of your new home, we will then require the tender documentation. We will meet with you to discuss product selections in more detail and along with the tender documentation, we will provide a ‘Fixed Price Quotation’, ensuring that there are no “hidden costs”.
Step 6: Acceptance
Upon acceptance of the Quotation a contract is signed.
Step 7: Construction
Once Building Approval is granted by the local authority, construction of your new home will commence. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the construction of your home along with photos.
Step 8: Completion Handover
Your new home is now complete, finished to the highest quality and standards and ready for handover. Now is the time to take the keys, move in and enjoy your new home.
